WHAT IS UNIFY?

Despite attempts to end UK homelessness, the number of rough sleepers has risen by 165% and people living in temporary accommodation has risen by 95% since 2010. That equates to an estimated 280,517 homeless people.

At Unify, we believe it's high time to reconsider the traditional methods of giving and receiving, and have therefore created a one-size-fits-all tech solution to combat the current difficulties the homeless community faces in this ever-increasing cashless society.

Unify puts kindhearted donors and recipients together. By doing this not one person gets left out, unseen or without financial support.

BIRTH

All good ideas start with a need.

In 2019 just 23% of payments were made by cash, down 48% since 2014. It is forecasted for cash to make up just 9% of all transactions by 2028.

The hardest hit are those who need small cash handouts for their survival and so Unify was born to help.

GROWTH

It's not all been plain sailing.

There have been many hurdles along the way to bring Unify to where we are today.

'How can we reach all of those in need?'

'How do we make sure people's donations get spent on the right things?'

'How can we give as much as possible direct to the end cause?'

'How can we be better?'

With day-in-day-out work and dedication, we've rounded a perfect technological solution to tackle such a momentous task.
